Guests can complete pre-check-in remotely and enrol their facial profile through a secure link, enabling fast, touchless access the moment they arrive. With facial recognition or mobile-based authentication, guests can enter the property and access their room without keys, cards, or queues. Facial Enrollment

A guest can capture their selfie directly through the mobile app, and within one minute their facial template is synced to all the hotel’s facial readers they have permission to access. This allows fast, secure, and touchless entry throughout the hotel, from the main entrance to their room and any authorised areas.

Panic Button

In an emergency situation, a guest can press the SOS or Medical Panic button directly from the mobile app. This immediately alerts the hotel’s control room and the guest’s designated emergency contacts, sharing their live location along with an automatic voice note captured at the moment the panic was activated. This ensures a fast, accurate, and informed response when it matters most.
