The solution allows students to have full control from the Cloudsell Smart Student Access mobile app which allows them to enroll their facial template, invite their visitors , log a facilities ticket, press a panic button or receive bulk communication within their mobile app.

Facial Enrollment
The student is able to capture their selfie from the mobile app and within 1 minute your facial template syncs too the group of facial readers you have been granted access too.
Panic Button
In a distress situation the student is able to press a SOS or Medical panic button on the mobile app which immediately notifies the control room and family members of their location and voice recording alert that the student may of indicated when they activated the panic.
Invite Visitors
Students are able to invite day visitors or overnight visitors which allows for secure processing & screening of visitors upon arrival.
Bulk Communication
Administrators are able to setup custom groups of students in order to communicate via SMS, email and push notifications into Inbox on the mobile app for instant communication to students.
Facilities Ticket Logging
Students are able to log facilities related tickets related to building related issues, security, electricity, or any custom category that is necessary for the institution.
3rd Party Intergrations
Most institution's have a master database which can be integrated to auto-provision students into the access control system. Allowing for a centralized management experience. We also integrate to to existing access platforms for hybrid deployments such as mobile phone NFC technology.
