Facial Recognition
CloudSell facial recognition is unique due to the solution being fully Cloud-based allowing multi-tenanted sites to be centrally managed seam-lessly. Users can enroll by uploading a selfie on the CloudSell mobile app & once verified the template auto-syncs to the facial readers on-site.
The solution caters for a digital approval process and if required an indemnity or access control policy form can be completed prior to being onboarded.

SCANNER TECHNOLOGY
Scan Drivers License, Vehicle Disk, Contractor cards, Stolen vehicle check
Each license contains a bar-code with heavily encrypted information which is then stored offsite on a secure server. The information contained, includes the holder's names, ID Number, date of birth, gender, license restrictions, validity period etc. This kind of system enables our clients to adhere to the POPI Act (Protection of Personal
Information Act) as the register books are not secure and becoming obsolete. All data that is stored on the Cloud is available 24/7, providing instant access to all records by authorised individuals.
The solution also has a contractor management module, allowing our clients to manage authorized contractor entry and exit linked to their safety and contract period documents.
